This Year, join a meaningful and inspiring High Holiday service, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
You may see yourself as unaffiliated, Reform, Conservative, or Orthodox. At Chabad we see you as Jewish. No Labels. No differences. Chabad is home for every kind of jew.
Our services are refreshingly casual and easy to follow. The English-Hebrew annotated prayerbook, along with song and commentary, make everyone an active particpant. The kids will enjoy special Youth ineractive programs, just for them.
Services will be at Chabad of Southampton Jewish Center
214 Hill Street in the heart of Southampton Village. As we've done for the past several years, we will be holding all of our High Holiday services in a beautiful, large and spacious tent. The large Sanctuary tent is very comfortable with candelabra lighting, elevated real wood flooring and ballroom chairs for seaitng. As Rosh Hashanah comes out very early this year we will also be having air conditioning.
The cost of a High Holiday ticket is $200 per adult and $75 per child.
All are invited and no affiliation is necessary. No one will be turned away because of lack of funds.
Please don't hesitate to call Rabbi Konikov 631.287.2249 or email [email protected]
So you're invited! All you have to do is register with our online form here.
A shul is more than just a synagogue. A shul (Yiddish for a place of prayer and study), is a home for any Jew looking for a warm and spiritual place to grow. At Chabad, everybody's welcome. Come when you want. Leave when you want. Bring the whole gang. And while the kids are making new friends at their special "kid-friendly" service, treat your soul to something special. With a "come as you are" attitude, you'll feel right at home. No matter where you live, work or study, if you are looking for a place to express your soul, this shul's for you.
A Jew is a Jew. Period. We are one people; we have one Torah, and we have one G‑d. Chabad endeavors to bring unity to the Jewish Community through our common bond of Jewish faith and observance. At Chabad, we don't label ourselves, and we don't label others. We're just Jewish.
Chabad is dedicated to helping every Jew increase their level of Jewish knowledge, enthusiasm and commitment. We encourage you to participate regardless of your background, affiliation or level of observance. Chabad is not out to make you Orthodox. Only you can make personal decisions with regard to your lifestyle.
In no way is the commitment to a religious lifestyle a prerequisite to one's acceptance at Chabad. There are no judgements and expectations. You don't have to read Hebrew. Our Hebrew/English annotated prayer books are user friendly, and during services, page numbers are called regularly so even a novice attendee will feel at ease.
Come get a taste of what it is like at Chabad. Join us for High Holiday Services this year. Your soul will thank you.
